Return Policy

At Amvisant, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand how to return or exchange items.

1. General Return Policy

1.1 Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items.
1.2 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Custom or personalized items, clearance items, and items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.

1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Return Process

2.1 Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@amvisant.com or +91 7045817556. Provide your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2.2 Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).
2.3 Packaging: Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all accessories, manuals, and parts.
2.4 Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3.2 Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.
3.3 Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

4.1 Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are allowed within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition, unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging.
4.2 Exchange Process: To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as the return process. Indicate that you would like an exchange and specify the new item you wish to receive.
4.3 Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item. We will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1 Inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@amvisant.com or +91 7045817556.
5.2 Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund for damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
5.3 Documentation: Provide photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging to help us assess the issue and expedite the resolution.

6. Custom and Personalized Orders

6.1 Non-Returnable: Custom or personalized items are made to your specifications and are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of defects or errors made by us.
6.2 Approval Process: Custom orders require your approval of design and specifications before production begins. Please review all details carefully to ensure accuracy.

7. Clearance and Final Sale Items

7.1 Final Sale: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for return or exchange.

8. Gift Returns

8.1 Gift Returns: If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Refunds for gift returns will be issued as store credit.

9. In-Store Returns

9.1 In-Store Returns: Items purchased online can be returned to our physical store location. Please bring the item in its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
